NFL wild-card weekend betting odds have been released, and four of the six matchups we offer on NFL betting sites have the home team winning the initial round of the NFL playoffs.

The Denver Broncos cashed in on their NFL playoff chances with a solid win over their Kansas City Chiefs rivals, who enter the wild-card round as Super Bowl favorites and get a first-round bye as the No. 1 seed in the AFC.

Meanwhile, the Minnesota Vikings and Detroit Lions will face off tonight on Sunday Night Football, with the winner getting the #1 seed and the loser going on the road to face the Los Angeles Rams next weekend.

AFC playoff seeding, wild-card matches
Team
1 Kansas City Chiefs (15-2)
2 Buffalo Bills (13-4)
3 Baltimore Ravens (12-5)
4 Houston Texans (10-7)
5 Los Angeles Chargers (11-6)
6 Pittsburgh Steelers (10-7)
7 Denver Broncos (10-7)

1Kansas City Chiefs (15-2)
2Buffalo Bills (13-4)
3Baltimore Ravens (12-5)
4Houston Texans (10-7)
5Los Angeles Chargers (11-6)
6Pittsburgh Steelers (10-7)
7Denver Broncos (10-7)

We've been envisioning the AFC playoff picture for weeks now, and on Sunday, the Broncos made it a reality with a 38-0 victory over the backup Chiefs to close out the regular season.

That gave Denver the last wild-card spot and the No. 7 seed in the playoffs. While reigning MVP winner Lamar Jackson and his Baltimore Ravens will host the rival Pittsburgh Steelers just weeks after the Ravens' 34-17 victory in Week 16.

The Los Angeles Chargers also took care of business on Sunday to clinch the No. 5 seed and host a matchup with the fourth-seeded Houston Texans, who are the AFC's only home underdog in the wild-card round.

NFC playoff seeding, wild card matchups

SeedTeam

1 Detroit Lions (15-2)

2 Philadelphia Eagles (14-3)

3 Tampa Bay Buccaneers (10-7)

4 Los Angeles Rams (10-7)

5 Minnesota Vikings (14-3)

6 Washington Commanders (12-5)

7 Green Bay Packers (11-6)

After the Lions' 31-9 victory over the Vikings on Sunday Night Football, the NFC playoff picture is completely set.

The Philadelphia Eagles have already clinched the No. 2 seed in Week 18 and will take on a dangerous No. 7 Green Bay Packers team in a Week 1 rematch in Brazil. Another 1st round rematch in which the No. 3 seed Tampa Bay Buccaneers will take on the No. 6 seed Washington Commanders.

Prior to Sunday's loss, the Vikings hadn't lost since 30-20 against the Rams at Sophie Stadium. The two will meet again in the same stadium, but Minnesota, which has won nine of 10 games since then, will be the favorite in the rematch.
