Super Bowl odds: Chiefs vs Eagles kickoff odds and early betting lines

After winning the Super Bowl two years ago, the Kansas City Chiefs are favored to beat the Philadelphia Eagles in Super Bowl 59.

The Eagles were the favorites to win the Super Bowl on Sunday and briefly maintained that status after beating the Washington Commanders in the NFC Championship Game. However, the Chiefs defeated the Buffalo Bills for the AFC Championship and are the favorites to win Super Bowl 2025 when these teams meet on Sunday, February 9 at the Caesars Superdome Arena in New Orleans.

Our top Super Bowl betting sites identify the Chiefs as 1.5-point favorites, and in our Chiefs vs Eagles prediction, we're sticking with that view.

Who is favored to compete for the Super Bowl?

After defeating the Buffalo Bills for the AFC Championship, the Chiefs are considered favorites to win the Super Bowl with odds of -125, suggesting a 55.56% probability that they will hoist the Lombardi Trophy for a third consecutive season, something that has never happened before.

The Eagles, who won their only Super Bowl in the NFL during the 2017 season but lost to the Chiefs two years ago, are the underdogs at +105 odds with a 48.78% probability of winning the rematch.

Recent changes to the Super Bowl odds
Earlier this week, we analyzed the Super Bowl odds. In a hypothetical matchup, the Chiefs defeated the Eagles by a 1.5-point margin.

Those odds didn't change even after Philadelphia defeated its division rival in the NFC Championship Game, though it was aided by three returned fumbles. The total jumped three points after the Eagles scored 55 points to get back to the Big Game.
